Encouraging Awakened Creative Expression

Ciara playfully invites our inner muses to come forth, in exploration of what brings life the greatest meaning.

Ciara is originally born and raised in Dublin, Ireland. She moved to the Unites States in 2010. Ciara is an academically trained artist and specializes in glass art. Her art glass journey brought her to Eugene in 2012, where she now, very gratefully, calls home. Still a working artist, she has embarked on a new path in Life and Integration Coaching and Psilocybin Facilitation.

Her own personal journey towards healing commenced six years ago, catalyzed by a deeply traumatic event in her life. As traditional therapeutic methods fell short of addressing her needs fully, Ciara ventured into meditation, initiating a spiritual quest towards heightened consciousness and profound personal healing. Extensive reading and recommendations led her to gradually incorporate psilocybin into her toolkit, aimed at dismantling the emotional barriers and triggers that impeded her trauma processing and personal growth. Through a combination of meditation, yoga, psychedelics, and immersion in nature, she has navigated a transformative path of self-discovery and healing. This journey inspired a desire to extend similar assistance to others.

Ciara has honed her expertise in life coaching through rigorous training, placing a particular emphasis on refined skills such as deep listening, empathetic engagement, and a non-directive approach. In her practice, she prioritizes the establishment of trust and rapport within a secure, non-judgmental space.

These same principles guide her facilitation sessions. The cultivation of a supportive environment, coupled with her adept use of non-directive methods, underscores commitment to fostering self-discovery, empowerment, and healing in those she guides

Ciara completed an approved facilitator training through Cognitive Clinical, and has her OPS Worker Permit and Oregon facilitator’s license.
