Personal Statement:

Clients that most resonate with me are those struggling to feel joy in their life. Especially those hurting from depression, anxiety, or PTSD. I also am driven towards working with first responders and veterans because they receive a lack of support that I have seen first hand with my close family.

When I was young, I had an extremely big heart and it was wide open. Throughout my life, I experienced trauma, both physically and emotionally, which built around my heart. I went through a period of time where I significantly struggled with anxiety. Now, after almost a year in the psilocybin and holistic wellness industries, I feel more like I did when I was young and I am continuing to move toward the balance of openness and self-preservation. I have been able to rebuild the connection between my head and heart. I want others to experience this change as well.

I was raised on a combination of holistic wellness and western medicine. Since I became a facilitator, I have enjoyed fully diving into holistic care and building a toolkit with science-based practices to help clients, such as the physiological sigh. While experimenting with this and other techniques on my own body, I’ve been inspired by their effectiveness and enjoy sharing what I’ve learned with others.

Aaron completed an approved facilitator training through Clinical Cognitive, and has his OPS Worker Permit and facilitator’s license.
